This Privacy Policy explains how Guangzhou Wanwu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use Wall Street Track (the "App").

• Subscription data: membership status, plan type, and expiry information from App Store verification.
• Usage data: device type, operating system, app version, language preference, and diagnostic or crash logs to improve stability.
• Communications: email verification codes and support correspondence when you contact us.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to: provide sign-in and calendar sync; process and validate subscriptions; send verification codes; maintain security; analyze and improve the App; comply with legal obligations; and respond to your requests. We do not sell your personal information.

Depending on your region, we process data based on: performance of a contract (providing the App); legitimate interests (security, improvement); consent (where required, e.g. marketing); and legal obligations.

4. Sharing and Processors

We share information only with: cloud hosting and database providers (e.g. Cloudflare); Apple and Google for authentication and in-app purchases; email delivery providers for verification codes; and authorities when required by law. Processors are bound by confidentiality and security obligations appropriate to their role.

Your information may be processed in countries where we or our processors operate. We take reasonable steps to protect data in line with this Policy and applicable law.

We retain account and subscription data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, security, and backup purposes. You may request deletion as described below.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please protect your account credentials.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You can sign out in the App, delete your account where available, or email us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time. You may also manage App Store subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

9. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe we have collected such data.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The current version will be available in the App with an updated "Last updated" date. Please review it periodically.
