Terms of Service - Wall Street Track

Welcome to Wall Street Track (the "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Guangzhou Wanwu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Services

The App provides Wall Street IPO calendar information, alerts, and (for paid subscribers) synchronization with your device calendar. IPO and market data are obtained from third-party public sources. We strive to keep information current but do not warrant completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. Nothing in the App constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

2. Accounts and Sign-In

You may register or sign in using Apple, Google, or email verification. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require an auto-renewable subscription purchased through the Apple App Store (or other platforms we support). Prices, free trials, and introductory offers are shown at checkout by the platform and may vary by eligibility. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds are handled under Apple's policies. We do not process payment card data directly.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the App for unlawful purposes; (b) interfere with or disrupt the App or our systems; (c) scrape, crawl, or extract data without permission; (d) reverse engineer the App except as allowed by law; (e) impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation; or (f) infringe intellectual property or other rights.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF IPO INFORMATION AND ANY INVESTMENT DECISIONS ARE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $50 IF GREATER).

8. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms in the App and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated through the App or other reasonable means.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer laws apply. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction in Guangzhou, China, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
